We are always looking to collaborate with experienced and committed trainers who enjoy working in international learning environments. BAMIK and the JTC Language Center develop and deliver intercultural, DEI, and language training for adult learners in the corporate context, combining strong methodological standards with practical relevance. What you should bring:

A relevant university degree (Master’s level or higher) and/or an equivalent professional qualification

Professional training and facilitation skills in adult education
-
Fluency in English as a training language (additional languages are a strong advantage)

Reliability, professionalism, and a strong learner-centered mindset
-
Motivation to develop and improve training concepts together with an innovative team

Depending on your trainer profile, we look for the following backgrounds:

Intercultural & DEI trainers
-
Strong cultural and regional competence based on personal background, long-term experience, or professional work in the region
-
Proven field experience from international projects, assignments, or applied work contexts
-
Language trainers (especially Deutsch als Fremdsprache, English, French)
-
A relevant degree, certification, or recognised qualification in language teaching (e.g., DaF/DaZ or comparable)
-
Experience teaching adult learners in professional or international contexts
-
Ability to structure lessons in a practical, communication-focused way
We are currently looking for trainers in the following areas

Application process

info@jtc-global.com. After reviewing your application, we may invite you to an online vetting session (“Trainer Casting”). This step is an essential part of our quality management and helps us ensure that our training standards are consistent across all formats and topics. For the casting, you will be asked to submit a complete plan for a one-day training. Based on this plan, we will select a 45-minute section that you will facilitate in an online setting for an audience of our choice. Afterwards, we will review the session with you and provide structured feedback on strengths and improvement areas. Please note that we are unable to offer compensation for the casting session.
Our training standards
BAMIK stands for evidence-based, respectful, and learner-centered training. We do not work with suggestive methods or approaches that conflict with professional adult education standards. For this reason, applicants with a background in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are generally not considered.
Values and professional integrity
We expect all partners and team members to align with our values and professional standards. This includes a clear distance from approaches and services based on the “technology of L. Ron Hubbard.” As part of the onboarding process, we require a declaration confirming that applicants do not work with, teach, or offer services based on this approach and disapprove of it in their professional practice.
